Hi Gurus,
Part of monitoring I usually check who are keeping the maximum number of mails in SBWP. I use this Transaction code SOY6 to to get a list of users who has more than 5k items in their SAP mailbox. Today when I ran SOY6, I found BTCH_ADMIN user who has more than 5k items and this user type is non_dia.
I don’t want to change BTCH_ADMIN to a dialog user to determine that. There should be a way as a Basis Administrator to see what is in the INBOX and OUTBOX for this user.
