upgrade from windows 2003 to 2008 with SAP

Hi Gurus,

My requirement is source database is oracle9i SAP is netweaver 2004 and ECC5.0 kernal 640 and Os is windows 2003 now i want to move sap systems to new OS windows 2008 server, how is it possible?

1)export/import? or database backup/restore?

i hope as per SAP,

SAP support windows 2008 OS for SAP products based on SAP NW 7.0SR3 or higher

As oracle 9i is out of support i am having idea to install 11g as database.

which installation master do i need to follow?
