EWA Grey rating in solman 7.1

Hello Guys,

I have configured manage system and EWA for solman 7.1 (HP UNix + oracle). Report for EWA are generating fine with correct data but the rating for report is grey.We have configured EWA for four systems for which only one system rating is yellow rest three has grey rating.

We have performed below checks all seems fine.

1) Job running successful on satellite system.

2) RTCC Tool no warning found.

3) SDCCN rfc's and service session are working fine.

4) Checked most of the notes they are circling to each other 

Please can some assist here. Awaiting your quick response.
