I'm trying to apply Support Package on Process Orchestration 7.4 after installation via SUM.
It occurs "could not update bootstrap" error and found errors as belowed:
1. UPDATE_ENGINE_BOOTSTRAP
Subcomponents of component sap.com/WDEXTENSIONS have been processed.
File D:\usr\sap\trans\EPS\in\WDEXTENSIONS02P_5-20010065.SCA has been analyzed for deployment components.
Extract the DEPLOYARCHIVES/sap.com~bootstrap.sda.sda component from the D:\usr\sap\trans\EPS\in\SERVERCORE02P_16-20009939.SCA component to the D:\usr\sap\SUM\sdt\tmp directory.
Extract the D:\usr\sap\SUM\sdt\tmp\DEPLOYARCHIVES/sap.com~bootstrap.sda.sda component to the d:\usr\sap\POP\SYS\global\bootstrap directory.
Process ID 1, name sapcontrol has been started.

The AS Java controller could not perform action get parameter value on instance 02.
Return code condition success evaluated to false for process sapcontrol for action get parameter value.
2. SAPCONTROL_STARTSERVICE

FAIL: Access is denied., CreateFile failed in plugin_pipefopen()
According to command "d:\usr\sap\POP\J02\exe\sapcontrol -nr 02 -host TPNPD -prot PIPE -function ParameterValue DIR_PROFILE", I found note 1903632 which is similar to mine. After trying stop my PO system -> restart SAP<SID>_<instance number> service -> start PO system -> repeat step from the point of fail in SUM, it still comes up the same error.
On the other hand, I tried execute the command manually, it's workable if "-prot PIPE" not included.
BTW, note 1565645 which mentioned in note 1903632 is not released.
My PO is a single installation system with oracle DB and windows OS platform.
Would anyone provide possible solutions? What else I can do to fix it?
